Pro-Critics? out of touch...
Critics are paid to review a film and they have a hidden agenda.. Brain, Chirs, Peter, and the rest just shut the hell up! Before any of you ever review a another film. let's see if you over paid writers can give us anything better. It is so easy to pick apart and destroy someone else's hard work. Another thing is that these freeloaders see the films before most of us do. Maybe they should pay to see these films just like the rest movie going public has always done.
Justice is Served
Wow! An incredible superhero movie! I went to see this one twice in the theaters because it was so good! As a fan of the previous DC movies (except Suicide Squad, which I haven’t seen), I found that the lighter tone and additions from Avengers director Joss Whedon to be welcome. As much as I appreciate Snyder’s vision, part of the reason I love these movies is that they are unique from each other. Justice League was similar to the Avengers in only the best ways. I wish the movie were a bit longer, but I disagree with the notion that there needs to be a completely different cut of the film. I found this movie to be a near-perfect blend of two directors’ unique styles. Even though I liked the graphic novel-style of characterizations in the prior films, I really appreciate the more traditional takes on the characters, especially Superman. I recommend this movie to just about anyone who enjoys superhero movies, especially films like The Avengers!
10 lb of crap in a 5 lb bag

So busy trying to showcase an assortment of superhero characters, the lame franchise fails to establish a basis for each and every one of them. Crappy FX, inane, convoluted story that appears to be ad hoc assembled on the skids with airplane glue, thumb tacks and paper clips. Overall, a barely tolerable notch or two below juvenile spectacle which you will long regret purchasing.
I wasn’t expecting much from this, because DC just couldn’t keep up with Marvel, except for a few rare instances. Since Wonder Woman IS one of the exceptions, and she’s in this, I figured I would give it a shot. I actually really enjoyed it, with the exception of The Flash. I thought they just killed his character and tried to make him too much like Peter Parker. But Aquaman was as cool as he’s ever been, Cyborg was great and I do like these versions of Batman and Superman.
Overall, it was very entertaining, and that’s really what I ask for out of a movie, especially a superhero movie.
An utter failure
I was really looking forward to this film. I know MoS and BvS were divisive, but I appreciated the attempt to deconstruct what makes these characters heroes. Ben Affleck is the best Batman of all time. Cavill portrays a multi-dimensional Superman. But, this film was made into something it’s not. The studio and Whedon tried to reshape this movie, and, ultimately, their efforts fail. Set aside the mustache fiasco, the villain is horribly weak. Superman’s return is... weird. This movie wasn’t what it was supposed to be. I would’ve rather seen Snyder’s version instead of this mashup of conflicting visions.
Justice League is a great movie. It’s so much better than Batman v Superman and Suicide Squad. It’s enjoyable, funny and awesome.
Pros- The acting, the tone, the ending, Superman’s hope, the humor, shorter runtime
Cons- The villain, the writing, the story, Superman’s resurrection, lacking narrative, visuals, bad CGI
Overall, Justice League is good and I recommend you watch it. Not better than Wonder Woman, Thor: Ragnarok, or the other superhero flicks but is worth watching. Good set up for future DC installments.
Next Up: Aquaman
I almost died from excessive and violent eye-rolling!!!
The first minute of this piece o' trash was the ONLY part that I actually enjoyed. The opening song is beautifully paired with some very somber and emotional visuals. . . and then the lyrics repeat OVER and OVER and OVER!! And then the rest of the movie follows a similar beat. Each character shows up to the screen in some sort of GWAR-inspired foam suit and delivers their required lines with no consideration to the tone of the scene, the intention of the character, or any respect for the history of the comics. What was the point of ANYTHING in this 2 hour study of torture-by-boredom?! The Flash was a spastic idiot with absolutely no idea what kind of role he was to play. Batman was a stiff-necked, character-breaking, monotoned, moron in a much-too-small and over-stuffed suit. Wonder Woman was somehow oblivious to how powerful her role SHOULD have been, but was totally fine being a one-trick pony when it came to fighting everybody - "If I smash my wrists together, then I win!" - Superman was. . . .Okay. But he should have just stayed dead and rolled around in his coffin while the other idiots were stomping around ruining this movie. Aquaman was kinda cool, but useless. Good thing there was water everywhere that something important was happening. And Cyborg. Except for the un-robotic, polygonal disaster that was his body, he was the most REAL character. He didn't try to over-deliver his lines, he displayed SOME believable emotions, and he was relevant to the plot most of the time. GAWD what a piece of S**T this movie turned out to be. Good job everybody. You made a quick buck and ruined a movie. F**k off, all of you.
Bad story, timing, flow, and creativity.
It’s Amazing Movie
